A Hand Up is being built to connect people struggling with essential bills with generous individuals ready to help. Our mission is simple: Real People. Real Bills. Real Help.
Relief users share their situation and submit genuine bills for verification. Helpers commit to paying one entire verified bill directly to the official provider. A Hand Up never collects or holds the donated bill money; a separate 5% platform fee is paid by the Helper.
We are working toward a controlled pilot before broader expansion. Privacy, independent payment verification, and human review of sensitive decisions are central to the intended service—not optional extras.
